JAYAM
fame "RAVI" falls under the third generation heros who
is quiet good looking and active. His second movie M. KUMARN SON
OF MAHALAKSHMI which is surprisingly a big hit keeps RAVI in the
race for Promising thrid generation heros although the movie does
not offer anything outstanding. M. Kumaran is a typical morden age college student who is good looking and as usual goes in a Modified Hero honda. His mom is a super duper Modern Mom (NADIYA) who is working in a college as professor and her dreams is all about her son "Jayam" fame RAVI. His Dad left both of them in Streets one fine day and escaped some where. M . Kumaran Loves his mom like anything and he will kick anyone who misbehaves with his mom. The where abouts of His dad is not known and the only Relation between him and his Dad is the way they both Drink "RASAM". Folding one Fingure and Drinking RASAM. Later in the movie that's how RAVI finds his Dad PRAKASH RAJ. He also Drinks "RASAM" folding one Fingure.
Coming to the story "ASIN" a cute Kerala Girl comes in a bus to Madras and RAVI picks her from bus stop and drops her in her relatives place. A Bus Stand Love develops between both of them and after couple of fights they both starts to interact. For any LOVE there will be a mediator. For this Love Ravi's Mom NADIYA is the mediator. In the meantime a Side track comes in the movie. RAVI is a Kick Boxer too. NADIYA suddenly dies in a heart attack and she asks RAVI to go to MALASIYA in search of his dad. RAVI who hates his dad obeys to mom's "KATALAI" and goes to MALASIYA and meets Prakash Raj who runs a Kick Boxing Business. From this point the movie drags and drags. The movie from this point is how RAVI wins a KICK Boxing championship and saves his dad's Name. There is no Salt or Pepper in the movie after interval and the movie ends as RAVI joins his family back
in MVALASIYA.
JAYAM "RAVI", ASIN:
If you turn on your TV during Special days like DEEPAVALI, NEW YEAR or PONGAL all that we see is Interviews of new face like
"RAVI" or "ASIN" and I was wondering if they have acted in 50 or 60 movies. The truth is its RAVI's second movie and ASIN's first movie.
I think the media is giving too much attention to new actors and actress. I think it mostly for filling the time slot during special Programs. Coming
to RAVI, the guy is samart, tall and well build. Good to know that he is a tamil speeking hero who is born in Tamil Nadu. ASIN is a cute girl
from Kerala. But Nothing can beet our SIMRAN who is the best so far to act in TAMIL CINEMA. We all miss SIMRAN ! dont we! All the new
heroines are just to fill the time gap and nothing special. VIVEK comes here and there with few laughs but nothing special.

The Movie is a OK movie and nothing special to say. RAVI is a smart looking hero and there is no doubt about it.
It seems that there are lots of fans for him now and whole of College crowd is behind him. I dont understand this logic at all.
The college going girls crowd are beind any new hero. Suddenly they are behind AJITH, then they are behind SHYAM
and they are behind MADAVAN and now RAVI. Prakash Raj and NADIYA are prominent in their acting and NADIYA
looks Young. I am sick and tierd of all these Kick Boxing, Kabadi stories and please have your remote handy to forward
fights. ASIN is lean ard I am not sure we Guys like Lean Heroines. We need some "FAT" stars. The movie gets 35/100
and nothing special other than few new Faces.
