STORY :

           PRASANTH, who is roaming with a "GOLUSU" dreaming about his girl friend whom he doesnt know !! Meets SIMRAN in Ooty near the boat club. Decides that she is the girl who can fit into his heart. AMBIKA who happen to meet PRASANTH in her music school falls in LOVE with PRASANTH (Says that she is 23 YEARS OLD). SIMRAN studies in the same music college. Story runs for another 45 minutes with AMBIKAS LOLLU KADAL with PRASANTH and PRASANTH ONE SIDE LOVE with SIMRAN and SIMRAN hating PRASANTH. Meanwhile two dream songs and gets over and SIMRAN understands PRASANTHS true love..

        Now the real story starts. NASEER (MONKEY 1), Prasanth's father hats love marriage. He works in a Marriage register office and his main aim is to separate love pairs. SIMRAN's father VIJAYA KUMAR is another MONKEY WITHOUT TAIL !! who is in Bed for TWENTY years ( Looks like a MONKEY THAT ATE GINGER) - INJII THINNA KURANGU Mathri ... hates love too. So both this young love birds decides to act as good kids before their father and get a good word from their Parents and get married .... So PRASANTH goes to SIMRANS place and make their Parents happy. SIMRAN goes to Prasanth's place and steals the hearts of their parents. Atlast the Love got a green signal with the same masala Climax.

PRASANTH :
         A young hero who is becoming another KADAL MANNAN !! But i think if u allow him he will go and fall in heroins feet and ask

"PLEASE LOVE ME PLEASE LOVE ME" .

       I think the days are gone where the Heroins keep dreaming about Hero. Guys MGR, BANUMATHI period is over. These days the HERO's have to fall in HEROINS feet to get their love. In this movie PRASANTH has done a good job of getting SIMRANS love like that !! But a good looking hero without Mush ... and Kodumai with Mush .... I think he must avoid giving advice to audience with a sad face !!! Other than that he is the HERO in Love songs !!! Has improved a lot and emerging as a good hero !! Done a good job from my view point.

SIMRAN :

       I think she is the No. 1 Heroin in TAMIL right now. Not that she is good looking ! She is good at acting too. That too her dance moments are excellent. Done a good job in this movie too as she does in other movie. Nalla NADAI, seriya IDAIEE (Hips), Kuriya Parvai ( Sharp eyes) .... My list adds on .... U have stolen my hearts and Movie fans in India ....

AMBIKA :
Ultimate AMBIKA !! Another person who did a great job in this movie. Her romantic look at Prasanth saying that she is Still Young, She has touched her class. Whenever Ambika comes its full of comedy !! Keep it up. Naseer and Vijaya Kumar are doing a ok job in JODI.

A. R. REHMAN : Superb, Ultimate in all the songs but didnt do a good job in background music. Especially "KADAL KADITHAM" song by SUJATHA and UNNI KRISHNAN, VELLI MALARE song TOUCH OF CLASS, REHMAN !! Already this movie audio cassette has touched the Peak of this year !! "DOLE SAJAKE RAKNA" in HINDI !!

Till now i was watching all the movies just for the sake of watching and for my reviews !! I felt really good to watch a good movie. I will not say that this is a superb movie but a movie to watch in a week end !! Good songs ! Comedy .. Simran .... I would say JODI is a MASALA "JODI" . I Grade this movie to be 60/100.
