STORY:
There are no words in this world to say about Denzel's acting talents and to me he is the best. Four of us went to this movie last
Sunday
and we came out of the theatre with Tears in our eyes. The tears
are nothing but the effect of Denzel's acting talents. Denzel
called as John is a good dad who lives his life working as a
Machine operator.He has a six-year-old boy. His and his wife's dreams revolves around that six-year-old boy. He hardly earns any money and he even finds it very difficult to pay his car loan. Their dreams were to make his son one of the best Baseball players in future. The movie has a very good build up showing how much love and affection Denzel has on his wife and his son. One fine day when his son was playing baseball he falls down and gets admitted in the hospital and doctors say that his heart is week and it needs to be replaced.
The movie starts to speed up as the movie becomes sentimental and emotional. When Denzel admits his son in the hospital there comes his problem with his insurance company. The doctors estimate the operation will cost around 250,000 Dollars and his insurance will not cover for the operation. Denzel does not have any other option other than collecting the money and the hospital says that without giving a down payment of 75,000 Dollars they cannot proceed with the operation. Denzel tries his best and fails and has a hot conversation with the insurance company and the doctor. Later he decides to take hostage of the Doctor and five others.
In the meantime his sons health becomes worse and he needs the operation done ASAP. The last half-hour of story is packed with Thrill and excitement and the story is how he saves his son and how he justifies his acts. There are lots and lots of Senti scenes in the movie, which will make anyone, cry after seeing Denzel's acting. As he was not able to get a replacement heart he decides to kill himself so that his son will live with his heart. The movie ends as his son gets a new heart after a Thrill and senti packed climax.
Denzel Washington:
I am a great fan of him and I have watched all of his movies till now. He makes the difference in each and every movie and this movie is no exception. His acting talents reaches peak in many scenes and one can feel his acting sitting in the seats. Many cried after watching this movie. Especially the Hospital scene when he talks with his son and asks him to be a good child and has to obey his mom was really 'Touch of Class'. Everyone in the theatre were so calm and quiet and most of them cried after seeing his wonderful touch of class acting.
