"Super Actor" Kamal Haasan, "South India Super Queen" Ramya Krishnan, Simran, "Kerala King" Jayaram, "Vijay TV Fame" Yugi Sethu, Ramesh Arvind, Shreeman, Oorvashi, "Scene Queen" Sanghavi, Aishwaria, Nithya, Nagesh, Devayani in a new Tamil movie "Panchathandiram". The movie directed by "Nattami Fame" K.S. Ravikumar and Music by "Then "Gana" Isai Thendral" Deva.
STORY:
Super Hero "Kamal's" Movie means lots to Tamil movie Lovers. His movies are either too funny or too good in Quality. All his
movies fall under the above category. Unfortunately
"Panchathanidram" didn't fall under both of them. Kamal
has four good Friends Jayaram, Yugi Sethu, Ramesh Aravind,
Sreeman who are of same kind and same nature and who like to have
some additional fun apart from their family. All FIVE are "JOLLU
KINGS OF 21st Century" who roams behind any Girl
whom they meet. Kamal's wife Simran has lots of Suspicion about
him as he used to have lots and lots of fun before marriage but
Kamal is very committed to her after marriage. Kamal Happen to
help Devayani a X-Girlfriend of his friend Gets deep trouble from
his Wife Simran who decides to go and stay with her parents
because of KAMAL's JOLLU behavior. His other four friends decides to treat KAMAL with a Party. So they decide to call "Maggie" (Ramya Krishnan) on his Birthday to have some extra fun in Bangalore. So they decide to go to Bangalore. Kamal who says "NO" to Maggie escapes from her room and Later finds her Dead in the Hotel room. So they decide to Throwaway the body and returns back to Madras. Unfortunately she returns back again and the Confusion starts from that point. Simran who wants to rejoin with Kamal gets really irritated as Ramya was moving Close with Kamal and the movie ends as Simran Understands KAMAL's Commitment with a Weird Flash back of What happened in the Bangalore Hotel Room etc.
KAMAL, RAMYA, SIMRAN:
I expected a Lot out of this movie and right from the first scene to the last scene there was nothing but a "BIG DISAPPOINMENT". We expect a Lot from Actor Like KAMAL. The story line was like a "KADI STAGE DRAMA" and it's too low for a capable actor like him. He looks sad and the movie starts in a very sad way in Toronto, Canada. That too the Scenes with K.S. RAVI KUMAR bring nothing but IRRITAION. I don't know why Actor like him wants to join with K.S. RAVI KUMAR to do comedy scene. He and his Four Friends comes with the same HairStyle, Dadi etc but no one stays in our mind. His Previous 'Comedy Movies' Like Thenali, PKS, Avvai Shanmugi, Michel Madana Kama Rajan, Sathi Leelavathi" were all touch of Class and this movie is for sure a Big Drop out from those Class movies.
RAMYA KRISHNAN was outstanding in this movie and the only person who you can count for her performance. She comes with a Dark Blue Saree and just touches our Bottom Heart and still Stays in our Heart ever after 5 Days. Still she is in our Bottom Heart. A Superb Performance from a Superb Artist. I think she is the best Talent we have in South India and Directors need to recognize her performance. She Look better and beautiful than any other artist in the movie. It was a good chance to compare the entire artist in the movie as there where bunch of Actress in the movie and Take it from me RAMYA KRISHNAN was the most beautiful Looking artist among them.
Nothing special to add about Simran. Other than that all the others like "SCENE SANGAVI" looks like as if she is from a Coal Mine or something. Has lost all those Extra Flesh and looks Odd. Aishwarya, Devani, Oorvashi were all wasted upto the core. Nothing special about Jayaram, Yugi Sethu has they were all wasted in the Crowd.

To be Frank "The movie was not up to expectation". Kamal is considered to be an Acting Guru and for sure he is the Best Actor in INDIA. For sure his future movies will be lot better than this one. I am very happy for Ramya's Performance. Crazy Mohan's One-Liners are good For Drama's and he has done a good job again with this movie. All the Jokes were not spontaneous and makes us to think for a while to even get the Essence of the Joke which is very unusual in KAMAL's movies as his movies are known for Spontaneous Jokes and timings. Too many Characters spoiled the movies rather than giving any Quality to the movie. Music by Deva was normal and there is no place to say any good about "NATTAMI FAME VILLAGE RAJA" K.S RAVI KUMAR. All together "Panchatandiram" adds one more to the Count of Movies for KAMAL and it gets 40/100! A Big Disappointment.
