STORY:
Of Late Vijay's Movies Fall under only One Category "Love Love Love" except for his previous movie "Thamizan". He is
quiet successful in doing Love Subjects
than any other subject after his Mega hit KUSHI. Vijay is a
Catering Technology Graduate and his "MAMA PONNU"
ditches him on his marriage day saying that she wants to marry an
Engineer or Doctor And she doesn't want to marry a Catering
Graduate. So he gets pissed off and comes to Madras where he
meets his Friend VIVEK. Vivek is the Highlight of the movie as he
comes as "KARUTHU KANDASWAMY" and
pours his advice to public. Right from the First scene he starts
his MEGA "Comedy" and makes us to fall on Ground with
his Timely Jokes and Funny Dialogs to Ignorant People.Vijay meets Sandhya in his Friends shop and falls in Love with her. This kind of love which you get after seeing A Female at first look is called "LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT". As usual SANDHYA is from US did some Computer Course in Some Big US City who is used to Western Culture etc. For Her Giving KISS to her friend is like Eating "POP CORN" Or drinking a "GLASS OF COKE". The Love Sequence of Vijya Continues as he saves Sandhya from Villains in a Club. SANDHYA Kisses Vijay to say her thanks but For VIJAY Getting KISS from a Girl is Like "CLIMBING HIMALAYAS" without Winter Coat and so he takes that Kiss Very Seriously. The Sequence Continues for a while Like "Helping a Poor Guy" before The heroine etc. SANDHYA starts to move with Vijay in a Friendly way but our Hero thinks that she is also in Love etc And Sings couple of Duets in Some Europe City and Snow filled mountains etc.
In the meantime SANDHYA's Dad Mannivannan arranges for his Daughter's marriage. Yugendran is that "Villainous Mappilai". Vijay gets pissed off on Sandhya's decision but still continues his ONE SIDE LOVE ON HER. He gets advice from VIVEK who is "KARUTHU KANDASWAMY" and Propose her after her Engagement. Sandhya treats Vijay as a Good Friend like all the Girls but Vijay is pretty serious about his Love. He gives Pages and Pages of Dialogs about "TRUE LOVE" Etc Saying "LOVE IS LIKE GOD", "LOVE IS LIKE AIR", "LOVE IS LIKE FIRE" and all those Usual Dialogs our Guys use to Cover a Female in College. But the Reply he gets from SANDHYA is "I am your Friend" Or "I am Your Good Friend". This Process is called as "HALWA KODUKARADHU AND HALWA VANGARADU". So Sandya Gives HALWA and VIJAY Takes HALWA.... HA HA HA HA !!! At last Vijay finds out that Yugendran is a Playboy and he has come to marry Sandhya only for MONEY. Then Climax scene is in a Marriage hall. When Yugendran was about to "TIE THALI" Hero comes and ask to Stop like any other XYZ movie and ties "THALI" to the heroine and later explains how "True is his Love".
The Message from this movie is "NEVER STOP YOUR LOVE". YOU HAVE A GOOD CHANCE TO GET MARRIED TO THE FEMALE EVEN AFTER ENGAGEMENT IF YOUR LOVE IS TRUE". HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!
VIJAY & VIVEK:
Vijay is the most improved artist and he is the only person who is delivering stuff in each and every movie. But I think LOVE subjects and VIJAY is coming to a saturation point. VIVEK was almost the HERO of the movie. Without him I think the movie would have been a waste one. All his timely Advice and Jokes were just Touch of Class. Even Vijay's comedy in a Barbershop was too good. Vijay's One Line Advice brings nothing but Laughter. Thank God there is no Music behind the One-Line Dialogs. SANDHYA impress a lot in her first movie and she is an exception to all those Bombay heroine who acts in one movie and disappear after the movie.
VIVEK's Comedy Regarding VIJAY's Love was the Highlight of the movie. VIJAY will sit in a Corner and will be watching the Sky. Vivek will ask what is your Problem. Vijay will say about his love and Vivek will Say "LOVE IS LIKE GOVERNMENT BUS". If you Miss the Bus another BUS will come. If you miss that bus too another PRIVATE Bus will come! If you miss that Private Bus too then you can get Hold of Some "THANNI LORRY" and reach the Destination! Man that Scene VIVEK Was tooooooooooo GOOD !!!

Although the movie is the same old LOVE subject this movie is at least enjoyable to watch. Vijay's Dance Sequence were really good And he has improved a lot in his acting. VIVEK Comedy was one of the best comedies I have ever seen. Good Debut of Sandhya and Overall the Actors did a good job. But the Storyline was the same old Pickle. But what to do. How many movies can the directors take with LOVE SUBJECT? SIMRAN comes for one Song and dances without any involvement. Nothing special about that song too. Dialogs like "I STOPPED DRINKING AFTER I FELL IN LOVE" are one Liners for Youth who are in Love. Other than that a movie that can be watched when you have time. The movie Gets 50/100 for good Entertainment and VIVEK's Comedy.
